Committee Chairman
The Complaints' Committee's remit is to investigate any complaints that may arise from either member companies or members' clients.
In investigating any case, the Committee will:
1) ensure the rules, as laid out in the Constitution of the Association, are adhered to
2) ensure that any works undertaken by a member company are completed in line with the agreed specification, and
3) ensure that high levels of safety are maintained in line with legislation and the Association’s Code of Conduct.
