Esso Issue a Warning of a Failure of Lifting Equipment

Esso have issued a warning of the failure of a wire sling Master Link, when the sling was laid down on the deck the impact caused the Master Link to open and break into two pieces. Please open and read the full report and take the appropiate action as required
