The Complaints' Committee

The Complaints' Committee's remit is to investigate any complaints that may arise from either member companies or members' clients.

In investigating any case, the Committee will:

1) ensure the rules, as laid out in the Constitution of the Association, are adhered to

2) ensure that any works undertaken by a member company are completed in line with the agreed specification, and

3) ensure that high levels of safety are maintained in line with legislation and the Association’s Code of Conduct.

Should anyone feel they need to discuss any issues or problems related to industry work, standards or actions, please contact the Secretariat who will then put you in touch with the Committee Chairman.
